Rebecca is a Chartered Physiotherapist with  Mummy MOT and APPI Pilates Certification.  She combines working as a Pelvic/Women's Health and Musculo-skeletal physiotherapist and running Physio-Led Pilates classes in and around the Ascot and Bracknell areas.

Rebecca has worked within the NHS and privately as a physiotherapist in different areas of the country, initially specialising in the  musculo-skeletal field.  She first became interested in treating ante-natal and post-natal patients/clients and those with Diastasis Recti in 2002 and subsequently did extra training to be able to treat Pelvic/Women's Health clients.  She has completed antenatal/postnatal and Women's health related post-graduate training with the POGP (Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy), Mummy MOT, Maeve Wheelan, Pelvic Partnership,  the APPI, Kate Walsh, Helen Keeble, FitBack & Bumps, Samantha Gillard and the renown Diane Lee, amongst others.

Rebecca has also done post- grad training in scar therapy with Hannah Poulton of www.hlp-therapy.co.uk and treats C-section and Abdominal scars with manual treatment and the LymphaTouch.

Rebecca  gained mat work and class teaching certification  with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) in London in  2003-4, having previously done training with Body Control Pilates. She set up local Pilates classes in September 2004 and her classes have gone from strength to strength.  Using her in-depth musculoskeletal knowledge of how the body functions during movement and daily activities  she is able to modify and progress the exercises for individuals to enable them to get the most out of their Pilates sessions.

Rebecca has a passion for enabling people to keep active and to exercise, to help them enjoy their life to the full. She want to empower others to regain or build on their own health and fitness whether that is post injury, post surgery, in the postnatal period or as a life goal.  Having had 3 children herself, she is passionate about helping women during the post natal, perimenopause and post menopause periods. She helps them become more informed about any issues they may have, seek relevant help when needed and she advises and treats women through these stages of life so that they can remain active and continue doing what they love doing.
